Thank you for joining us at our estate sale! We're excited to have you and want to make your experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review the following important details:

Sales Tax:
As required by law, applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

Payment Methods:
We happily accept the following payment methods:

• Zelle

• Credit/Debit Cards (Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional processing fee, which will be paid by the buyer.)

No Checks:
We are unable to accept checks as payment.

All Sales Are Final:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, so please be sure to inspect your items carefully before completing your purchase.

No Assistance with Packing or Moving:
Buyers are responsible for packing and moving their own purchases. Our team is unable to assist with loading or transportation, regardless of item size.

Auction Items:
Some items will be available for auction and may have reserve prices. Bidding will be subject to these reserves.

Location:
The estate sale location will be provided on the confirmation page after booking your viewing. Be sure to check your confirmation for the address and any additional details.

Liability:
By attending the estate sale, you agree to release the hosts from any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property that may occur on the premises. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of their children or any individuals accompanying them.

Responsibility for Broken Items:
If any items are damaged or broken during your visit, the responsibility for those damages will fall to the guest. Please handle all items with care and be mindful while browsing.
